JIU JITSU QUEST TOURNAMENT:

Event Date: Sunday, October 11th

Event Venue: Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii

Event Detailes:

• 8:00 AM - Doors open
• 8-9:30 AM - Weigh in for all competitors
All athletes must be weighed in by 9:30am.
Weigh ins will be conducted WITH GI.
Athletes must check in at least 1 hour before their scheduled match.
• 10:00 AM - Opening Ceremony - Matches Start

Registration Pricing:

• $40 - Early Bird Registrations between08/16/26 - 08/31/26.

• $60 - Normal Registration is between 09/01/26 - 09/14/26.

• $80 - Late Registration. Register between 09/15/26 - 09/22/26.

• All competitors need to be registered and paid by 09/22/26.
Registrations are not accepted at the tournament.

• $10 - Spectator Passes can be purchased at the door on event day and Early Weigh-ins day.  Children under 6 are free.

WEIGH INS:

10/10/26 SATURDAY - OPTIONAL EARLY WEIGH-IN

We will hold an optional early weigh in the day before the tournament on Saturday, October 10th from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM. This is not mandatory, you can weigh in on event day between 8-9:30am.

Weigh ins will be conducted WITH GI. You only need to weigh-in once and once your weight is accepted, it cannot be changed.

10/11 SUNDAY - EVENT DAY WEIGH-IN

Weigh in at the event will open at 8:00 AM and close at 9:30 AM.

Medals for podium winners.
